- This is usually fixed by emptying the Temporary Internet Files.
Go to Control Panel> Internet Options.
Select the General tab.
Click Delete files. When the next dialog pops up place a check in "delete offline content"
OK your way out.
- If you have a shortcut to Notepad on your desktop rename it to Npad.
- Some people have reported that Quick View Plus can also cause this problem. The solution is to uninstall Quick View Plus.
