If you are using the Google toolbar and have changed any of the default settings of the tool bar you may find that you are now missing the "Open in new tab" option of IE 7 Beta. This is a known issue.
To rectify this situation reset your Google toolbar options to "Default". The following is from the Google Toolbar help site.
